There is a girl I work with who is always giving me a hard time. Making fun of me, talking mean to me and just always not being nice. Someone said perhaps it is because she is interested in me but she already has a boyfriend. Should I just let it roll off and play along making fun of her back?

laugh back and make jokes about yourself when she does that. maybe she'll get the hint and leave you alone, if you can pull off not letting it get to you.

Since this is your work place, I suggest you think twice before doing or saying anything.
You are assuming she has some interest in you and are planning to react accordingly. What if she really doesn't like you and can't stand you for some reason or another?
Saying something at work can often be mis-interpreted and going directions that you never intended. Casual teasing or comment can literally get you fired.
I suggest you do nothing at all, but if you decide to say or do anything, keep in mind, your action can come back to hurt you. Don't do or say anything you can't retract. Remain neutral and non-threatening until you have much better idea of her intent. It is probably not what you thought it was.

I would say your best bet is ignore it, unless it becomes a problem.
She probably isn't interested in you, just took a dislike to you over something. If she gets hostile or insulting just tell her to can it. If she continues after that, let your boss deal with it. That is his job.

Well if you make fun at her then you are more likely to lose your job.
take no notice of her actions and one day she will find someone else to be nasty to .

If I were you I would probably ignore her. Firstly, she has a boyfriend. Secondly, if you like someone, you don't treat them like crap....unless you're in like the 3rd grade.

i would say she likes you. be careful. if she doesn't, there are always going to be people like that no matter where you go. people are mean and hateful. that is why you have friends to help you through it.

if shes your boss maybe think about a harrassment complaint otherwise just ignore it
