I'd hate to say it, but Ebay has really taken over when it comes to used bikes. You can find some really good deals on their however.

This is a comprehensive list from the toronto bicycling network who advocates year round bicycling. You should be able to find one in your neighbourhood. It has phone numbers and addresses and some listings even link you to their website.
