No it's not abnormal it's a perfect hour glass figure !!!!!! If those are your height and measurement you are truly blessed..... If I were you I would wear a belt as much as I can to show off that small waist !!!!! Look at Marilyn Monroe and Jayne Mansfield and Jane Russell and Maureen O'Hara. They had figures like yours............
