I'm sure they would find something to charge you with..
I am sure they would figure it out before anything really terrible happened. Nair smells bad, and with a whole head of hair it would take a while for the root structure to disolve... and most people don't leave conditioner in THAT long.
Why would you do that to someone in the first place.
There are funnier ways to hurt someone than messing with their hair.
If you want to be an asshole, be more creative. I've seen that prank played out on too many 80's sitcoms

I'm sure it could fall under the category of assault or something along those lines. You might be too young to remember the Tylenol tampering.
I can't think of any good reason to do that to someone. Is this is over a boy???

Omygosh! That brings me back to the good times. someone did that at a sleepover to a girl i really hate. well all of her hair didnt come out but about 1/4 of it did. that was soooo funny. well yea its not illegal but if they get some kind of allergic reaction to Nair (which i have) then the person can end up i nthe hospital. then you will get in trouble. also if htey find out it was yoohh then hte police can find a way to charge you. hopefully you wont end up in jail but you can get in serious trouble. but have fun! hehe.

no i highly doubt its illegal. its mean though if the person on the recieving end of this is in love with their hair but..oh well.
