I would say yes.
One time,my dad had to drive me and my sisters to school, and my youngest sister's school starts an hour earlier than mine,so we stopped to get coffee...I got a 20oz espresso drink, and after about an hour had gone by,I was shaking like nobody's business! The shaking continued until I got something to eat (around 1:30 in the afternoon),and then gradually eased off.
...Never again will I drink that much coffee without eating something first!Because caffeine actually doesn't affect me unless it's in fairly large quantities and I have a pretty empty stomach.

Technically Yes. You can overdose on practically anything.
The typical method of getting caffeine in your body is by drinking (coffee, tea, cola, etc.) so the amount that you would need to ingest to actually overdose would be HUGE and under normal circumstances, impossible because you would have to drink literally gallons upon gallons upon gallons of liquid which your body couldn't tolerate.
Caffeine is considered a drug and people can actually go through caffeine withdrawl. People that consume high amounts of caffeine can experience headaches, nausea and irritability when they are forced to go without it.

If you have difficulty with sleeping or have tremors (the shakes), then you are definitely over caffeinated. Check on the web for ways to ease off the caffeine while minimizing the withdrawal symptoms.

In high enough doses it can be fatal. However, I think it would be almost impossible to drink enough coffee to get there. I've noticed that you do build up a tolerance to it. I have to drink much more for that "wake up" feeling than I used to.
Nervousness, sweating are symptoms that you need to cut back. I believe its also an appetite stimulant.

Yes you can. It can cause irregular heart beats. It happened to my doctor last year. He had to be hospitalized.
