Hi All,

I want to gain weight, but I'm an ectomorph (super-fast metabolism). I was wondering if there's any way of slowing the metabolism down. I know there's lots of ways supplements that speed it up, so I'm guessing there's a way of slowing it down?

I read about creatine monohydrate that apparently increases the size of the muscles by adding more fluid to them, they go back to normal size after a while but you can lift more weight during this period.

Any suggestions? Thanks heaps

consume that number of cals for 2 weeks. if still no weight gain increase the cals by 10% each week until weight gain ocurrs. track your body fat as your weight increases
