Look,Earth Day is April 22. Hitler's birthday is the 20th. Columbine happened on the 19th. Passover and Easter are both in April. That's also when the snow melts. All those animals that died over the winter are now exposed to view. Now cross-reference that with Hitler,two holidays - both religious - a death-oriented snowmelting season,plus now this Earth Day. How does this all fit together? Who do THEY think they're fooling.? Ok, opinions may vary. Admittedly,these FACTS are - arguably - subject to "interpretation". But MY interpretation is, it's plain this "Earth Day" is nothing but an skinhead plot to trick the whole world into dancing around and celebrating - RIGHT AROUND THE TIME Hitler was born - in other words,we end up celebrating his birthday without even realizing it by the simple expedient of shifting it two days and calling it something else! And I mean,let's be honest the guy was a notorious treehugger,say what you will. EARTH DAY IS A NAZI TRICK! Arghh! Hitler! Earth Day!

Man did you pull in a drab bunch or what. Yeah,to me that's obviously satire i mean it really couldn't be any broader. Did you folks think BORAT was a real documentary? Anyway,I got a chuckle out of it. Really,I'm incredulous. When I think how stupid a person would have to be to not recognize a bit of satire when they see it. It depends on your definition. Assuming you know what someone who uses the word "patriarchy" is talking about before they've defined it is a mistake. As much of a mistake as assuming you know what someone means when they talk about "God"; because they could be referencing Yaweh, Allah, Buddha, the Earth, Zeus, Thor, Baast, The Flying Spaghetti Monster, a few thousand other gods, a deist god, or just the universe its self (i.e. "Spinoza's god"). There are plenty of rational definitions, some of them even scientific (that is, able to be falsified), that don't in any way count as being paranoid, or a conspiracy theory. For one such definition, read the excellent answer by gardengallivant. There are some non-scientific definitions that aren't paranoid or conspiracy theories. Furthermore, there are plenty of other definitions that fit the paranoid bit, some fit the conspiracy theory bit, and some fit both. If you'd feel embarrassed by quoting the Bible after someone mentioned God, and it turned out they were actually referencing Ahura Mazda, you should feel equally embarrassed if you start talking about conspiracy theories when someone mentions patriarchy, but in reality they're merely referring to a collection of inherited cultural biases in a group regarding gender roles.

Oh my gosh another Drama Queen still thinking in the pass ... worrying over a dead Man. Earth Day should of course be celebrated when things start to bloom with life. Spring is a wonderful time of year and should be celebrated, no one in America gives a damn about Hitler or the Nazis... so get a grip and get on with your life!
