there is this guy who is really mean to me and i am really scared and he always brakes thrue the windows when i dont want him to and i say you have to pay for that and he says no and i say yes and he walks away saying no no no no no no no no because every night he is drunk please just help me!!!

Call 911; you never know what he's capable of. You also need to contact the insurance company to report the damage if the cost to replace it is more than your deductible. Meanwhile, stay away from that window and board it up. If you live by yourself, I suggest you go and stay with friends or families for a few days until the window is fixed or the man is behind bar.

If this is really what is happening to you, then you need to call the police on him. This is called breaking and entering. This is also a domestic dispute. You could send him to jail for this. Next time he does this, call 911 on you telephone. Also go get a restraining order out on him.

Where do you live that someone breaks your windows regularly! And who is this guy that he always bothers you?? I think there is more to the story. But, at any rate, the next time it happens, call the police and tell them that someone is trying to break into your house! They will come and arrest his ass immediately!

If he is doing this out of hate or whatever inform him the next time he does it you will report it to the cops, that will change his tone. Stand up to him, he thinks he can walk over you because you are letting him. Dont allow him to do this.

You poor thing call the police! If he is putting you in danger he should be arrested for trespassing and and something other, and should be forced to pay for your windows! Stay safe, please, help yourself
