Well, I'm not an Arab but I'm a coin collector and I have many books and reference materials that can help to identify your coin. It's indeed a 10 fils coin from the UAE. The upper arc with the Arabic legend reads "Al Imarat Al Arabiyah Al Muttahida", which translates to "United Arab Emirates", the legend on the bottom arc. The denomination is at the center, "10 falus", meaning 10 fils.

It says 10 Feloos, (10/100 UAE Dirahm).

The coin is belongs to United Arab Emirates (UAE).

It is 10 fils or you can say 10 cents. It is a currency of UAE (United Arab Emirates).

Exactly, I think it says 10 faloos...and then UAE in Arabic.
