How do I become less intense/serious?

I am not stalker dude, but sometimes it is hard for me to just go with the flow and have fun. How do I just play casual and fun especially around a girl I really like without losing my romantic side?

Tips on the finer points of flirting would help too.

Going with the flow/being more relaxed comes easily for some people but unfortunately we are not all this way by nature. You obviously enjoy the company of women/girls, so tap into how that makes you feel and try and find more of a relaxed balance within yourself.

Not sweating the small stuff is so important and so rather than analyse/question/worry....take a deep breath, look at your actions/reactions, try and ease your mind and be amazed by what might unexpectedly happen.
