The early astronauts lost bone calcium due to weightlessness...That why they now wear movement resistive space suits...Bone if not stressed, will shed calcium.

the density of your bones depends on how much pressure you exert onto them, bones that endure alot of pressure are more likely to be denser thus stronger. limb bones for example are denser than say rib bones...
