I talk to her all the time and held her hand a couple of times but i'm just not sure. Help me out if you can, please.

Maybe she's just not ready for a more serious relationship. If she's still in high school she may have a lot going on. Maybe you could offer to help her with her homework. If you truly care for her, hang in there, she's holding your hand that is something. and just surprise her every once in awhile with her favorite flower, doesn't have to be a big bouquet just a single flower, candy, a poem or a letter, or inexpensive nickelfree jewelry (some girls are allergic to nickel). You could just put her name on it and leave it someplace that she will see it, underdoor, or in window, locker, etc.... If she protests saying you didn't have to do that, just smile and say I know but I wanted to. Dedicate a song and find some way for her to be listening to the radio. Surprise her and visit her on her turf. Just don't push her into anything she doesn't want to do. Don't overwhelm her.

Or if you don't want to try any of this take a chance and go to her and tell her what is on your heart and if she doesn't feel the same way its time to part ways before things become ugly.

Like, what do you mean by she's 'blowing you off'?

If she lets you hold her hand, then she obviously cares about you. Maybe she just feels insecure. What kind of personality does she have? Maybe she's had a bad past experience.

Corny and simple as it sounds, try talking to her. If you two talk all the time, then conversation shouldn't be hard for you. She might be just as unsure as you are, and that's why she's pulling away.

Make it known that you care about her. Maybe if you are friends with some of her close friends, or have a friend of your own who's close with a close friend of her's (sorry if that sounds confusing, I mean like your best friend talking to her's), they can find out how she feels about you if you feel uncomfortable coming right out and asking her.

If she isn't considerate of your feelings, then she does not want to be your girl friend. Sometimes people have trouble saying that directly, so they treat a person badly hoping they will take the hint.
Be polite to her, be a friend, but move on. Something might change her mind down the road and she will remember you always treated her with respect. If not, you will have not wasted any more time and energy pursuing a girl who doesn't want to be involved.

she might just be testing you to see how much you like her. she likes playing mind games. it's up to you on how you want to pursue this girl if you said you like her very much. be a man a tell her how you feel have some courage and guts. go 4 it.
