Then to my shock and horror my sister started going out with her dad my sis is 28 and he is 40 summit so it's not as bad as you all think (is it ?)

It could be completely unintentional... an 11 month old requires a lot more attention than a 2 yr old. However, I think dumping a kid off with a relative for weeks at a time for no good reason is really dumb.

Well I am going to ask like everyone else, How old are you? It's your sisters boyfriends daughter there is no blood relation involved. Worse case scenario is your sister gets married and now you are dating her step daughter. Oh well!! And by the way you are male right? That's just too funny. Do you live in Arkansas? No? Well i hear they have some very enjoyable scenery, you might look in to moving there....
Anyways, there's nothing "wrong" with what you two are feeling. However, the situation that you two ARE in is incredibly delicate. It is not something to be taken lightly. It's only a problem because of your sister's relationship. If you had met this girl on the street not a single person would say anything about it. (If your ages aren't stupidly outrageous that is).
Take the topic up with your sister first, and this girl's father. They'll probably be the one's to best understand, especially your sister, and having her support/blessing will be the most crucial part, because she can ease over any qualms her boyfriend may have, and your sister knows you.

Depends on the situation but it could get messy. Gage the situation and see how the sisters boyfriend is going to react. (oh yeah i forgot that would be technically incest, there would be problems with the baby if you was going to have one).

well if dont do any thing then u might lose out on something. but if u do, do something it might turn into something. its not a big deal. ur sis is just the girlfriend of the guy. they arent married so the sister isnt anything to you
