Come to the US (if you don't already live here) and go to a mall, and a restaurant like Red Lobster. Then you'll probably see 4 or 5 people (between the ages of 25 and 40) weighing over 400 pounds each with shorts on who can barely move. I saw a bunch of them today. It was so sad to see them suffer like that, and it inspired me to turn my nose up at those cookies my husband offered me later at Starbucks.
Meanwhile, take a really high quality multi-vitamin (like Mega Man which you can buy at GNC) every day. You're probably not getting the nutrition you need. Eat fruits and vegetables. You can make yourself a veggie omelet for breakfast every morning. Even if you were older with a cholesterol problem, you could use Egg Beaters. Drink a lot of water and/or herbal teas. Also, as someone else suggested, exercise is key, so what ever level of exercise you are doing, now it the time to step it up a little. If you keep having this oral fixation problem, chew on ice chips.

I USED TO DO THAT ALL THE TIME!! i just kept eating and eating and i would never stop and then i would feel so guilty after eating so much. One thing to do is to stop and think what all the eating is doing to you..then sometimes the later you come home the less you eat...also you could try focusing on something else like reading, going on the computer, or watching TV.

Caffeine is an urge for nutrients suppressant, and occasional has minimum energy, plus water-based products have a tendency to fill the tummy plenty quicker than sturdy ingredients/candy. additionally, this habit could desire to satiate your caffeine restore together as on a similar time make you experience greater complete and lowering your urge for nutrients. Sounds Physiological. Do you feel hungry? Having the correct diet will slow release energy and keep your stomach lined. Eating the wrong things can give you a quick fix but you feel hungry again. Avoid sugary drinks and salty food. See doctor and or dietitian

have you tried moving your furniture? How about going outside and doing some gardening or yard work?
Sounds like something else needs to feed you, and I'm not talking about food. It could be you need to communicate more of your thoughts and feelings about whatever concern . To whoever is of listening ear and willing to share their view/opinion. Could be a parent, a friend, a boyfriend, a teacher, your boss. This kind of sharing feeds the soul. Communication.

Many people mistake thirst for hunger. Maybe youre actually dehydrated and thirsty, instead of hungry. Drink a massive glass of water, as its a natural appetite suppressant...

LOL! I know how you feel! I am sitting here eating Fat Free BBQ Pringles as I type! :-D

Seriously, though, I have heard that it will curb your appetite if you brush your teeth. Also, the scent of vanilla is supposed to stop cravings.

Best of Luck!!!
