She pleaded for me to keep my dress down and panties up. She also said to be very careful with whom you gap your legs open for. She was blunt with her sayings, but now I find myself saying the same things to young ladies.
...and she is SO VERY RIGHT!

My mother consistently told me: "you're lucky you have your health!".. that was her answer to everything I complained about. She always annoyed me when she said that. I thought it was a ridiculous answer. She was right. As we get a bit older we realize that that's the most important thing you can have.
Come to think of it.. she was right with just about everything. I miss her.

Just about everything...as my grown children have now admitted that I and their father were correct about many things they did not agree with when they were younger....this is the way of the world and parenthood.

Just about everything! She was on top of it, that's for sure. She never said "Told you so!" either. I wished I had listened sooner and more often.

she was right abt all the men i ever dated................she told me that thewy would end up leaving me and that they really didn't love me...i never listened...and till this day i still don't....funny huh???
