I need answers to these two questions

1. The more exercise you do or the healthier you are, the faster your recovery rate will be. why?

2. What is happening in terms of blood flow, rate and volume of blood going through heart when you exercise?

Cleaned processed through your lungs blood is going through your body and supplying more of what is required for your healing.~~

As you exercise your heart gets stronger and it can move more blood with one beat (pump)...so your resting heart rate goes down. Your heart is a muscle, and like other muscles gets stronger with exercise. This helps you do more work with less effort. Hope that helps. See the link below for more on heart rate. Good luck!
