hhmmmm. It might. I'm 13 and my friend had her's cut like p!nk in the U+Ur hand vid(the style where pink is working out and had the red hair). And then later she got blonde streaks and it looks super cute, so YES!

you should get the beast-do to serprize your friends. :-) i did that to my hair and it looks amazing. it's a type of style. just ask your local beautician about the "beast-do" and they'll know exactly what you're talking about. good luck!

on the color part, you need to find the color that is right for your complexion,because you can end up looking really bad, believe me i went thru it.
