The most immediate threat is the loss of the bee population worldwide, and the most obvious reason is cell phones. Global warming is obviously not the problem as bees have existed in the hottest climates, and it is obvious that their communication to return to the hive is prevented by cell phone use. So why is it you won't put away your cell phone? And more importantly the grandstanders on global warming still drive and walk and talk like every other person on the planet. I haven't owned an auto in 20 yrs nor do I use my cellphone except in an emergency. What is Leo DiCaprio doing, recent cover boy, as I saw on Vanity Fair, or say Al Gore doing, really, I mean really, to curtail the problem. Live in Poverty or Live to Die.

Wow! I did not know that today was Earth day. But, do you have a car? Unless, you dont have one or unless it is a hybrid car, you should probably not ask your question. You would be acting just like Al gore and Leonardo DiCaprio. Also, people will never stop using thier cellphones. Thay are a major form of communication.

Curious. Global warming is fake, because thousands of scientists studying the issue for decades are all idiots, but three scientists implicate cell phones for CCD and you immediately buy into that.

Maybe what we should do is genetically engineer better bees.

We have several bee hives 100 feet from our house. Our 5 cell phones don't seem to bother them at all!

If you need certain benefit from modern day benefits, you have to sacrifice some other things. For example if you use a cell phone, certainly it helps in fast communication. But you have to sacrifice your privacy and your health.
