I have a building outside, that if anyone gets angry, they can take it out on the building. My son used to use it a lot. He would throw rocks at it, or shoot it with paint ball guns, or bb guns. Instead of hitting the walls in the house.

Remove yourself from the situation.
Find a healthy outlet.. Do Something.
Throw rocks at a lake..
Get some strenuous exercize in.
Let it motivate you in a positive way.
Swallowing anger only stores it up.. just to come back when you least expect it.

Try to communicate calmly to others the reason why their behaviour angers you, then you will have expressed your emotion appropriately, and will know whether repeats of such are likely to have been intentional. Count backwards from 10 to 1. Use one of the relaxation techniques at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris on page 2. View http://www.coping.org/ & http://www.my-counseling-site.com (.com/anger-counseling.html) YOU choose to make yourself angry; YOU can also choose not to make yourself angry! "Is this worth upsetting myself over?" is my usual question to myself in such situations.
