That's a WONDERFUL balance...very well done!
Since you are dieting, eat some more vegetables. They are very low calorie, have good fiber and they fill you up.
1 serving, 3/4 cups of frozen string beans from Trader Joes is only 30 calories!
Also, make sure to exercise. That's always important.

I'm intended to be on a nutrition, however I've had somewhat of a binge at present... Breakfast - three strawberries, 12 grapes, 3 cherry tomatoes, and 2 slices of white bread. Snacks: two French Fancies and a Terry's Chocolate Orange bar. Keep ingesting Forest Fruits drink, which has plenty of energy. Lunch - Quorn (false meat) hen slice and 2 Quorn sausages, in rolls. Dinner - Small egg fried rice. It's 10 O'clock, and I've simply eaten 2 small bread rolls. I have 0 self manipulate relating to meals, and that is why I've began striking it right into a meals diary. Mehhh :/ I feel you are now not consuming adequate, that is obviously now not adequate energy. If you devour not up to 1200 energy an afternoon, you are going to now not drop extra pounds. You will have to devour a couple of extra matters, however it is a very healthful eating regimen. :)

YES! Everything was healthy ( well the bread was pretty healthy but if your on a no carbohydrates diet you shouldn't eat too much of it). You hit everything on the food pyramid in a healthy and balanced order, except you ate no fats and I don't know how you did that! It also sounds like you got plenty of vitamins. Because you did this you wouldn't have to work out that much as long as you keep eating healthy. Great job! Keep it up and I hope the diet works!
