Do you have to thaw them first?

Let me rephrase my question: Can you put thawed out frozen strawberries in a juicer, or can you only use the fresh ones?

We use the frozen ones when we make smoothies. For juice I think I would thaw them.

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.

1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.

2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.

3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.

These are some of the fastest ways to lose weight. By just following the simple steps, you can lose your weight very quickly. You must consult your doctor if want to change your diet or exercise routine.

You can, but depends on how hard they are and how powerful the motor on your juicer is, you may end up with either really cold strawberry smoothie or a burned out juicer.

I say use a blender that can chop ice, and you should be safe.

Yes you sure can. Your juicer has to be a decent one though and not a cheapo. I actually fried out the motor of my cheapo blender/juicer by putting in ice cream that was frozen too hard. The motor couldn't handle it and Pfffzzt!! that was it. Just put in small amounts at a time like about a cup at a time to be sure your juicer can handle it.

Only if you're using a masticating juicer.

You can put them in blender with some water, but I wouldn't recommend putting them in a juice extractor.

Juice exractors are for extracting juice out of hard to extract produce items. They are also for easier separation of pulp from juice, however the molecular structure of frozen strawberries has been so changed that i think all you would end up with is syrupy mess in your juice extractor and not much juice.

You can put fresh strawberrries in a juice extractor, but not the frozen type.

You can lose weight without exercise. You will need to reduce the number of calories you take in during the day. You will still burn calories, but not as many if you were exercising. Base your meals on a 2000 calories a day diet. You also need to take your age into consideration. If you are a teenager you are still growing and changing, and would need to be careful. Eat a well balanced diet, and eat in moderation. You should see results, maybe not quickly. Read more here:
