Jedi I personally saw a blood clot between the size of a golf ball and a baseball disappear before my eyes.
my mom prayed on my little brother's leg and it shrunk before our eyes.
when we took him to the Dr. the next day he confirmed it "was" a blood clot and that it was now healed.

Here's the "proof" they always ask for and they still deny, deny, deny.
That's just what they did to Jesus.

What about all the drug addicts and alcoholics that make the conscious decision to stop, and decide to crawl their way out of the hole they've put themselves in by hard work and dedication, and don't ask to be "delivered" from anything?
People who have been "set free" from addictions through religion are really only substituting. The "high" they get from religious worship and the energy from being around other worshippers who also have worked themselves into a frenzy replaces the "high" they get from using drugs.
People can put on a good act when they present a testimony, but anyone who has ever been through the horror of addiction will tell you that you always struggle with it -- god or no god. Personally, I have alot more respect for someone who realizes that they are destroying their life and finds the strength inside themselves to make a difference then those who jump from a drug addiction to a religious addiction.
**edit: By the way, if you want to get on the subject of faith healing ... I don't believe a word you say about these supposedly huge blood clots. If the blood clots had been healed, how could the doctor later confirm that they were in fact blood clots? Obviously you don't have alot of knowledge about the human body or the coagulation cascade.

You can tell these people of the wonders of God all day long, and they will not listen. You can tell them of miracles and healings, and still they will not listen. Why? Because they are an evil generation of vipers that love themselves more than God, just as the Scriptures say. They would sooner give the credit for these healings to Satan himself rather than acknowledge that God is capable of anything. This generation of people in the last days think that they do not need God. They do not need Jesus Christ. They are increased with money, and with material possessions, and they think that is all they need.
Save your breath.

Praise God! That is wonderful! A person has to have a made up mind and want to be delivered, You have to believe that you have been delivered, healed, you repent and mean it and accept Christ. Anything is possible to those who believe. The enemy will always try to attack but if you fight back you can win any battle over drugs, alcohol, and any other demonic oppression.

Easy. I think you're either making it up or it wasn't nearly as bad as you thought. As for the drunk - the power of suggestion is powerful. Much more powerful than some god.
Please provide actual evidence, not anecdotes. There's a reason that anecdotes are not admissible as evidence in trials or publications.

That is awesome and praise God. I have also seen people healed supernaturally with people around and present to witness the miracle. There was a man in my church who broke his foot and was on crutches. He said he wanted to go back to work so bad, but his foot was broken. I said do you want God to heal you. He said yes. We agree in prayer and God healed his foot instantaneously. The man jumped up and down on his foot and he walked away carrying his crutches. By the way, Jedi, the Lord revealed to me that He is going to go awesome healing works like making people who are deformed totally whole. And people with missing limbs will be get them back. But for all this, some people will still doubt God.

And religion can make a person hijack a plane full of people and fly it into a building. The fact that people are influenced strongly by their beliefs is not news, and it doesn't say anything about the validity of those beliefs, nor their desirability.

Amen.
Me too, 3 years ago. 30 beers a day, porn addict, coke addict and pot head all at once. Free as a bird.
And Yeshua told us to heal the sick, baptize and teach. Not to heal amputees. Thats not a sickness, it a missing hunk of flesh and bone.

2 Corinthians 5:17 states, "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!" This man is obviously a living testimony to this scripture. Glad to hear he has embraced the One who said "I am the Way and the Truth and the Life." (John 14:16) and has found his way to the Father.
In Christ,

GOD has done the same for me. It doesn't seem to effect people much. If they really do not want to believe they will not believe.
