No, in those days only Noah believed. Today, millions believe.

Giving and taking in marriage to who? The Fallen angels of Gen 6.2.
Gen 6:2 That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose.
Jud 1:6 And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.
"their first estate" is heaven, they left heaven and came to earth and seduced woman, and Giants were born from that union.
The Fallen angels which come in the 6th trumpet. Then the world will be giving and taking in marriage, Spiritually joined to them.
Rev 12:7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,
Rev 12:8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.
Rev 12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
His "fallen angels" were cast out with him.

This describes people in the days of Noah:
"Then the LORD saw that the wickedness of man was great on the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually."
(Genesis 6:5)
And:
"God looked on the earth, and behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted their way upon the earth.
Then God said to Noah, "The end of all flesh has come before Me; for the earth is filled with violence because of them; and behold, I am about to destroy them with the earth. "
