Is there a child abuse site online? My dad canceled our phone line and theres no way to call someone. Where can I report child abuse and neglect online???

I'm still online cuz we have cable. i'm only 14 and my sister is getting very violent. she already left him downstairs by himself in the laundry room and i can hear her threatining him rite now. theres not much i kan do

Look up your local police department online. There should be email addresses for police officers listed and you can email a police officer to let them know what is going on.

A two year old is not sophisticated enough to "MAKE UP" anything. What's a fortnight? I live in USA. No one should HIT anyone at anytime for any reason. Especially a child. If her father is sleeping while he is supposed to be supervising your daughter, that is child negligence. I don't know what the laws are where you live, but here in the USA, you can get in a lot of trouble with Children and Youth Agency. A two year old can get into lots of trouble unsupervised. This needs attention. If you don't do anything, you are definitely going to run into problems. I feel bad for your daughter, she is the innocent one here. Maybe your husband should have supervised visits.

Why don't you go give her a break? Tell her to take a walk, calm down and you'll take care of her child.
Then go soothe the child and cuddle them. Take the child to a neighbor's if it's injured and needs medical attention.
Tell her if she feels like she's losing it you'll be there to help. Parenting's tough.
Yelling at and physically disciplining a 1 yr old is wrong. But, I'm just trying to give you things to do now, since you don't have a phone. Talk to you dad when he gets home. Someone needs to have a serious discussion with your sister. But really, she could just need a break.

You seem to be saying you don't have a phone line, so you can't call anyone who will be able to help your sister's kid. why can't you just use your friends phone line, or a pay phone? As for a child abuse sight I don't know. But before you call, make sure the child is REALLY being abused.

e mail a police officer firefighter. talk to teacher 2morrow. any person in goverment or medical or school field is required by law to report abuse.if you think it is really serious tehn go to negibor or friends house. i am also concerned by the fact that you dont have a phone. thats a very big safety rish. i mean what if someone broke in and shot someone or someone stopped breathing. email or go to a negibor or talk to someone a teacher or nurse at school 2morrow and also tell your dad to hook up the phone again. good luck

do you have an old cell phone you can still dial 911 on the phone even if the phone has been shut off or go to the neibors house if you have one . Here in Missouri even if your house phone is shut off you can still dial 911 try it hun good luck when you figure out what you are going to do let us all know we might be able to help you even more

RUN not walk to your neighbors house and call 911. This is called child abuse. You are a very loving auntie to care for your age. He is lucky to have you in his life. Cause if your parents are sitting there letting this continue they are as guilty as she is. Good luck now HUUURRRY.

go next door and use the neighbor's phone.
tell your school teacher.
use your friends telephone.
have your friend tell someone.
take the child and go to the neighbors house and call the police.
tell your parents.
flag down a car/pedestrian
give the info to someone you trust online and have them call for you.
record the events and document,document,document, take pictures if bruised

Look online to see if you can find the website of the SRS Dept. or Child Welfare service in your state. They should have a e-mail address somewhere where you could e-mail. Or could you go to a friend or neighbors house to call the police or SRS?

If he canceled your phone line how are you on the internet?
If you are serious.....
I don't know how old you are or if you have any neighbors, but you need to go to a nearest phone and call 911. Or call your local DHHR!
