I have a 15 month old son and I work full time. I find that I have less and less time to work out. What do other moms do to get in some time to exorsise?

I threw my kids in the stroller or the backpack, and walked. Fast.

I also found ways to build in a little exercise time: I would park my car a mile away from work and walk, or commute to work by bicycle, or walk to do our local errands.

I would walk the dog.

I'd dribble a soccer ball around in the yard while my daughters tried to catch me.

I'd shoot hoops for a few minutes before or after dinner.

I'd even make extra trips up and down the stairs at home, or skip the elevator at work and use the stairs.

It's hard to get a big block of "you" time, and it only gets worse with more kids, so you have to find it where you can.

Walk. I live about a mile from the main area of town and I put my son in his jogging stroller and take him for a walk and get a few things at the store and we go out for lunch before heading home. I give him some toys to play with in the stroller and I have a cd player that I use only one side of the headphones so I can hear what's going on around me.

You should research the new interactive exercise programs "with your baby"............In these classes, you use your baby as your free weights, lifting them up for example, while laying on your back, like an "upside down" push up, strengthens your pectoral muscles, triceps, etc. These classes have been great for new moms and also for bonding time with your baby. The babies seem to get a kick out of it too. Maybe google exercise with your baby??? Or there may be some groups in your area gym? Walking is great too with your baby, pushing a stroller, you can speed walk and work up to a jog.

You can take the baby out and lifting him will make you stronger and be fun for him. You can do this in the house too. Lifting the baby will bond you two and give you some weight training.

Well, you need a Priest. What makes you think that your son has a demon that needs to be exorcised?
