If you're talking about income, it may not matter anyway. Most states require taxes to be paid on money a corporation earns in that state, regardless of where they are actually incorporated.

Nevada doesn't have a corporate tax,, it's zero,, just like the state income tax
maybe that's why so many people incorporate in Nevada??

I think it would be Delaware, but I'm not positive.
