it is a pill that helps you fight against diseases, and helps your immune system become stronger. You place the pill in a glass of water and it fizzes until it dissolves, after it dissolves it is like a flavored drink. It may help against allergies.

Airborne is an over the counter nutritional supplement that dissolves in water. You then drink it. It contains herbal extracts, vitamin C, amino acids, and antioxidants that are supposed to help prevent and also fight the common cold. It's not a miracle drug, and won't help you avoid allergies. However, if you feel a cold coming on, it won't hurt to take Airborne (as directed on the package). I purchase mine at Walgreens.

tablets that you drop in water and drink when it dissolves. it helps block germs from your environment. I don't know if it will help with allergies.
