The human body is composed of more than 60% water. I'd say that's pretty essential ;)

Water keeps your blood fluid and your joints cushioned. it helps process waste out of your body and cleans your system. It also helps cool you off when you get too hot with zero calories...we are 2/3 water...have another glass!
