How would i get scene hair based on..?

how would i get scene hair if;
i cant die my hair
or add extensions

i already cut my own hair and its barrrely scene, but i would like som tips on what to do with it

my hair is about an inch and a half below my shoulders, dirty blonde and i want the length, but i just want it to look more scene.

Wait for your hair to grow longer, no need for extensions.
