I don't understand the wasteful part. Can you be more explicative in your description of the wasteful ads and elaborate on the subject of cheap sweepstakes ads? Maybe with some intelligible and informative content we won't have to be wandering around the interpretive wasteland.

I don't believe it's wasteful. People see the ad and they click on it (if, and only if, they are interested, like if they're thinking of buying a car, then they will click on the chevy ad the next time it pops up.

I personally do not click on ads, but there are a lot of people out there that do. Clicks generate revenue.
