NO!!!! It's toxic to the liver. If the dog is small and in pain, give 1 baby aspirin. Better yet, go to your vet.

NO Advil is a toxin to dogs, pepto is fine but your vet can give the correct dosage for weight.
You might want to call your local emergency vet and tell them whats wrong, ask if there is an over the counter medicine that you can give the puppy until you can get to the vets

I not sure. I have give grown dogs Tylenol and the Vet told me it be OK, we did have stronger medication for her, but, the Tylenol seem to work well. But, I never asked my Vet about Advil and really can not say.
I not sure what Advil is off hand. This link may help as it does have Tylenol mentioned and that talks about Aspirin, Motrin etc. and the good and bad.

I looked up Advil and I assume it a type of Ibuprofen. That is mentioned in Tylenol of the link. *Acetaminophen*??? I think I spell correct.

Children's advil, is toxic to the liver. You should never, under any circumstances, give a dog, any kind of human medication, unless under the advice and supervision of a veterinarian. You may give the wrong drug, or the wrong dose, or both and seriously harm or kill your dog. Please talk to your vet first, before taking that kind of chance!

ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!!!!! Dogs should NEVER be given Advil, Aleve or Tylenol!!! It is toxic.

Asprin can be safe for some dogs but should NEVER be given except under direction from the vet and in the proper dosage.

NO. However, You could crush one up and mix a very small portion of it with water and administer it with a dropper like the type that comes with several children's medicines. A Very.Small Amount.
