Well then, I'm sure God would think about what you did in this world (like doing good works), and not what your religion is.

I am Muslim, and all I an say is that God--whom we call Allah--knows our Hearts. He created us, and He loves us, and he knows what we sincerely believe. Allah says in Koran that not only Muslims will be in Paradise, but so will Christians, Jews, and any person who sincerely belived in God and did good deeds on earth....And according to Christianty, all you have to do is say you believe in Jesus before you die and you could be forgiven..So, according to both religions, its not hard to make it to Heaven...But really understand Islam, and May you be guided to Truth. The Truth is that there is no god, except Allah.

there are different denominations of Christianity that believe different things, and many members of those denominations also believe different things. But since the major belief is that since belief in Jesus is the way into heaven I would have to say no, you wouldn't based on those beliefs. But you should choose what you believe and as you grow older and gain more experience your beliefs change

Jehovah forgives if you repent from the heart, but the most important thing is that he wants us to do his will, because actions speak louder than words. Obeying is one of the most important qualities that God wants us to have. John 17:3 says "this means everlasting life their taking in knowledge of you the only true God, and of the one whom you sent forth, Jesus Christ." and the only way we do this is by reading the bible. If you want to find the right religion read the bible, or ask me later which one it is.

you're always forgiven, we have a very forgiving God. To my understanding, Catholic, Christians, and Muslims sort of share the same God, but different views on the missiah. as long as you don't go aethist or paegan, you're good. i think though, i could be sooo wrong on sooo many different levels.

According to Islam, all religions were from God. I dont see a reason, why a true follower of the original teaching should be cast away from heaven.

Then it depends on your actions in life as to whether you are a righteous heathen and get to live an afterlife of nothingness (first circle of Hell) or if your actions are against those deemed immoral by Christianity you will be sent to a lower circle of Hell.

I don't spend any time thinking about stuff like that and I'm always surprised when I hear there are people that do.
Have you killed or molested anyone? Did you financially ruin anyone? Did you live your life with respect and dignity? If you are decent and law-abiding, then what does this matter?

wish i knew... sucks that we have an ultimatium... i say follow what feels right, and dont believe something cause you are scared of damnation... like i have felt real good feelings in a methodist church, but i have also been into shinto, went to the same church, and i still felt god's love.... so i think it is better to have a set of beliefs than a religion...
