what does Toma soto balca mean??

This is an interesting one. Tons of people seem to have been getting the chain mail where this phrase appears.

Let's analyze the phrase:
Toma: Take as in 'Take route 10'
Soto: a Spanish family name
balca: In old English: "beam, ridge" (http://www.etymonline.com/index.php?search=balca&searchmode=none)

I have 2 explanations:
1. The person just made up the sentence with different words.
2. The person has actually heard or used the expression in some Spanish-speaking environment. Why do I say this?
Because there are many streets in Spanish that have the name Soto...and the expression just sound like that: Take Soto balca...the problem is that balca is not a Spanish word.
