met this guy nearly 2 wks ago & hit it off. He contacted me & went dancing & for a drink after. That was last Wednesday..he told me he'd call me some day to cook a dinner for us. Still havn't heard from him. I know he's attracted to me..he's around my age, divorced with no kids. What's the delay? Why make this arrangement and then not follow through?

Did you stop him after the drinks and dancing?Did you reject some kind of proposition?.Did you acted strange?If you did a perfect job,is not reason.However,a lot of stuff might have take place in his life after the first date.Call him.Tell him: did you leave a mesage in my answer machine,yesterday?.No,he might say.So,keep the conversation and see what takes place.
