I have a friend who is leaving the UK and asked me to send money for a TAF.?

She is coming back to the US. It is called a Travellers Allowance Fee, and I was just wondering if anyone had heard about this and if it true before I send the money.

Never heard of it. What is it supposed to cover ? Why is she asking you to pay this money ?
