About 35-40 minutes, depending on how thick they are. You might want to put some foil over them to prevent them from drying out as well, as white (breast) meat hasn't got as much fat as dark meat.

Do you have a meat thermometer? Bake until the middle reads after 15 seconds. 160 degrees. About 25-30 minutes

I always put a chicken breast on a piece of foil, coat it with BBQ sauce and seasoning, and then close up the foil in a pouch. One hour at 350 or 20 minutes at 450. It always comes out tender and juicy.

Depends on........ if you do/do not preheat the oven. Bank on approx. 20 min. for 350 degree preheated oven, medium size breasts. I typically sear my chicken in the pan (golden brown) on each side and finish cooking in the oven for 7-10 minutes. Bottom line, normally you let the meat rest for 10 minutes to reconstitute the juices so if you see a little pink in the juice,,,,,,, throw it back in the oven.

If you have a convection oven and the oven is pre-heated and the breasts are wrapped in foil, then 20-25 min at least. All pink should be gone when cut in the center and it should cut easily, not tough. (that's 20 min for each breast, by the way)

It will take 30 minutes at 350. Take and put a little olive oil on them and some salt and pepper and roast them for 30 minutes. They will be perfectly done and will be extremely juicy. You can use this same time for 4 as well.

30 minutes with aluminum foil (loosely) covering it and 30 minutes more after you take the foil off.. Makes juicy inside and brown on the outside
