i am curious about the website where you can complain about roadhogs and also check out your own registration plates, any ideas?

I asked this question out of curiosity as I want to check my registration mark, not to complain about any drivers out there, should have been more specific firstly, I heard about a website but cant remember any more details

You are on it. It wont do you any good complaining here, but you will get it off your chest and probably feel better. Go on, let of steam someone may sympathise with you.
As far as checking number plates, you can do it on the DVLA website. It gives you the car details but not who owns it.

Some cities allow you to call 311 and or you could call 911 and they would probably connect you to the correct department.
I also believe that every state has some type of form that you can fill out by visiting the DMV site.

you just have to complain to the police and i think its the dvla website where you can check your own plates

Yes You Log on to DVLA, and that site will take you to everything you need
