Abraham had two sons, Ishmael and Isaac.

Both were blessed since God promised Abraham that his seed would be blessed (before the birth of any child) and God does not break his promises and no nation can be blessed without Gods’ command.

1-----After Abraham had lived ten years in the land of Canaan, Abram's wife Sarai took Hagar the Egyptian, her maid, and gave her to her husband Abram as HIS WIFE. -- GENESIS 16:3

2------So Hagar bore Abram a son; and Abram called the name of HIS SON, whom Hagar bore, ISHMAEL. - GENESIS 16:15

Islamic belief is that both sons would be blessed and blessings would come through the both of them unto the world. In Islam there is no superiority or inferiority issues when describing the blessed sons of Abraham.

Isaac is mentioned with great honor and love in the Quran. Great Prophets came from the lineage of Isaac and David and none brought such a complete code of life and a complete law like Moses.

Amongst the Israelites (Jews) the great Statesman and Law Giver was Moses.

From amongst the Ishmaelites (Muslims) the great Statesman and Law Giver was Mohammed.

Mohammed, just like Moses, was a Statesman ,Military commander, bringer of a detailed Law for religious, social, financial, political affairs and both had families.

Both Mohammed and Moses claimed to be NO MORE than a Prophet and Messenger of the Almighty.

The Quran is full of the stories of Moses as a guidance for Mohammed on how he should handle similar situations.

Moses was the means for the Israelites to become a great nation chosen to protect and deliver the commandments from God as a blessing unto mankind.

Mohammed was the means for the Ishmaelites to become a great nation chosen to protect and deliver the commandments from God as a blessing unto mankind.

Through the seed of Abraham God has completed his favor unto all of mankind until the day of Judgement.

Mohammed was the last and final Ishmaelite/Abrahamic Prophet and Jesus was the last and final Israelite Prophet.

The Quran calls Jesus “the Messiah” which means “the one who was sent as a redeemer for the Israelites (Jews)”.

May God bless all the Jews, Muslims and Christians with proper understanding and may all of mankind benefit from the Universal Divine message and Universal Divine Law which is now eternally protected ( in the original tongue/language it was revealed) in the teachings of Islam.

Mu hammed is the Joseph Smith of the Muslims.
As Muhammed is to Islam, Joseph Smith is to Mormon.
Mormon, the other Quran.

Neat trick but it ain`t gonna work on Christians by suggesting that Mohammed is the equivalent of Jesus and another Messiah, there can only be one Messiah and He is foretold from Genesis right through the Old Testament until the final prophet,John the Baptist.
Mohammed does not fit the bill on any of these.

Mo hammed is the prophet and he is the last .He brought the truth and showed to the people truth and said follow that and bad things and said avoid that , he did not say to people that he can guarantee paradise for them, he said God who decide not him and the people deeds can lead them to fulfill and he did what God asked him not inventions, he was the one who did not read and did not write and that is the Proof that the Koran is from God and not created by him.
He said to people clean your self ,your body and make prayers 5 times a day with clean clothes and clean heart.
He said Jesus is his brother and Moses is his brother and Abraham ..etc
He learn Muslims to pray and asked God to bless all other prophets without differences in their daily prayers .
Mohamed is hated in those days by the devil followers because the devil tries to destroy the truth brought by Mohamed and because Islam still alive in this planet and will be forever.

If the question is: which one is more similar to Moses, whether Jesus or Muhammad? I would say Muhammad without doubt. Muhammad fulfilled some prophecies in the Bible which Jesus didn't, e.g. Deuteronomy 18:18-19, Acts 3:23, Isaiah 42:6-17, etc.

Sorry to tell you this mate but God said all the prophets for God's ever lasting covenant will come from Isaac, but God being God, didn't just leave Ishmael to suffer, he promised him to be fruitful and multiply but thats it. In the eyes of God Abraham only had one son which was Isaac,

Genesis 17

--------------------------

You will name him Isaac, and I will confirm my covenant with him and his descendants as an everlasting covenant. As for Ishmael, I will bless him also, just as you have asked. I will make him extremely fruitful and multiply his descendants. He will become the father of twelve princes, and I will make him a great nation. But my covenant will be confirmed with Isaac

--------------------------

As you can see God clearly states his covenant is with Isaac ONLY. The reason Muslims say "no God ment both Isaac and Ishmael" is because if Ishmael isnt included Muhammad is a con and couldnt have been a prophet. Its damning to Islam but history speaks for itself, just look at the prophets

Moses of Isaac
Aaron of Isaac
Joshua of Isaac
King David of Isaac
King Soloman of Isaac
Elijah of Isaac
Joel of Isaac
Isaiah of Isaac
Habakuk of Isaac
Zephaniah of Isaac
Jeremiah of Isaac
Daniel of Isaac
Hagai of Isaac
Malachi of Isaac
Jesus of Isaac

Then Muslims want us to believe

Muhammed of Ishmael...

Which just shows you how silly the idea of Muhammad being a prophet is. He wasn't a Israelite which excludes him sorry muslims.

Moses was a prophet of God. As a prophet Moses had to be in agreement with God. Moses taught no man was a prophet of God unless he agreed with God and the prophets of God. Muhammad is not in agreement with the word of God nor the prophets of God making Muhammad a false prophet and definitely not a Moses.

God bless you and your family for giving such important massage of love and peace, through you question.

People who followed Moses(Pbuh), Jesus(pbuh), sincerely and devoted to God Almighty, and worship The God Almighty without Partner are true follower of Both mighty Prophets, Moses, and Jesus(pbu both of them).

Gradually teachings of Both Prophets and scriptures revealed on both Prophets distorted and corrupted , by people of ignorants under the influence of Satan.

But true followers of Prophet Moses, and Jesus(pbu them) were still intact with true teachings of Mighty Prophets.
They recognized Prophet Muhammad when either they heared or saw him, and acknowledges the authenticity of Prophet hood of Last and final Prophet Of The God Almighty.

I also request our Christian and Jews Brothers to Study carefully even today's available copies of Old and New testaments, and find your self. Do not deny yourself your own Scripture, If you are not in synchronized with today's Lots of versions of Bibles then it is better to accept Truth as preached by Prophets Moses, and Jesus (pbu both ).
