I just posted this question in another way a few minutes ago. Without giving away what exactly my idea is, it caters to, not food wise ofcourse- to the restaurant / bar owners, managers etc.. It is just online, no errand running or personal contact, just a business online that would help restaurant / bar owners and managers be more efficient and lead a less stressful life. What type of website would be most beneficial to you restaurant bar owners, managers? What would you like to see as a website? Like I said, I have an idea, but not giving it up. Thank You!

Try a reservation service where people can go to your website and check out all the restaurants that you are able to work with. You should set up with the restaurants to have a shared booking file so that you do not over book. That would serve as both a booking agent and an advertising venue to the restaurant's. I think if you do that right it could be very successful.

Stress relief, time management, organization, exercise, and a forum to bi*** about employees, paperwork, customers, stuff like that. That would be the best to let off steam instead of bottling up frustration.

There used to be a site called www.flyinmysoup.com, but it's defunct now. I miss that site.

Restaurants are extemely low-margin businesses, they will never, never pay for anyting that is not absolutely gaurnteed to increase thier profits, and certainly not a startup internet business. You are trying to squeeze blood from a stone. Hell they don't even like to pay to clean thier carpets! Most people can't even get them to print coupons, and they are proven to work, so good luck but I must say it sounds like you are fighting a losing battle.
