Don't you just love this 'free will' thing?

Oh here comes the free will B.S.!

I can't imagine why God would disapprove of a loving relationship between two consenting ADULTS!!!!!!

I have some people, in their infinite ignorance, compare gay marriage to pedophilia, bestiality, and polygamy. Ignorance abounds here.

I am extremely amused at the fact that you lot speak as if you actually know what God is thinking. I see no reason why homosexuality should be considered "wrong." what if suddenly they discovered some scroll that said that it was wrong for man to love woman and for woman to love man? would you bunch change your sexual orientation just because the bible said so? The bible was inspired by God yes, but it was still created by man. Men who had their own opinions of how the world should be.

Here's a new concept:
I like to think that homosexuals are God's answer to overpopulation!
They are natural, since they have been around since the dawn of sexuality itself and thank God for them because they help even the keel for all us other folks breeding like rabbits and mindlessly consuming all the Earths resources and eventually bringing certain death. They obviously haven't done enough yet, though, since we are still ravaging all the Earth has to offer oblivious of our own self-destruction. So everyone stop repressing them so more can come out and we can all live in peace!
Thank you ;-)

If God didn't approve of homosexuality, he probably wouldn't have created homosexuals in the first place.

It's called Free Will, well, actually sexual perversion in this case, but I'll go along with free will. A lot of so called homos actually choose to be that way, and usually it's because the lead singers of all of their favorite bands are gay. To answer your question, God does not approve of homosexuality. That's why every civilization that has ever approved of it, has fallen.

No.
I don't have a problem with homosexuality per se, but the universe follows natural laws, and there is no evidence that God specifically steps in to prevent people from potentially self-destructive behavior. But otherwise, I see no explicit evidence that God disaproves of homosexuality.

Well, none of us have actually verified that God approved/disapproved anything..

According to popular Christian Theology, God forbids homosexuality, but preserves Man's free-will (which allows for sin - the "sin" in this case being homosexuality).

I'll answer your question with a question, if God did not approve of murder, wouldn't God prevent people from actually murdering one another?

It's a cyclical question and comes down to the point that God gives us free choice in what we do. Now it's up to us to make a decision to either glorify God or not.

If God didn't create homosexuals, there wouldn't be any.
