i heard that at some bars where older women like to hang out 35+ years and a younger man walks in maybe in his early to mid 20's then the women will go crazy. why is this? would it be easier for a younger man to get an older woman for a fling?

You can't really generalize like that. I'm almost 35 and I do not like younger men.

Not always some older women aren't looking for flings some may even want to settle down and have a family. At least that's what I have seen with older women I have known.
That is such a generalization of older women and to me that's gone overboard with Hollywood.
Personally I am not into flings nor would it personally satisfy my ego if that were the case for me. (Don't see something like that happening at the present.) I think that people should relate to each other respectfully.
Another thing a man or a woman shouldn't be used as an ego trip thing because both people will get hurt in the end. (Using is Abusing.) Remember that phrase.
I remember a teacher I had in high school that was married to a younger guy. They seemed to have a very decent enough relationship and he was very supportive of her.
Maybe two people like that may have strengths and weaknesses in some areas and maybe they can both bring out the best in each other possibly?
Age shouldn't be the factor so much in relationships it should be more about two people who love each other and how compatible in important area's they mostly care about not the age thing.

Yes, I do think it is probably easier for a younger man to get an older woman for a fling than an older man.
That said... It depends on both parties. Sometimes it seems to me that if you look you can find any variation when it comes to couples. I would be qualified as an older women and, while I have had some younger men chase me, I prefer men my own age. We are more likely to have the same likes in terms of music, leisure activities, etc. I think older men are better at sex, too.

Older women like younger men, especially if they have really high opinions of themselves, (ie: they think they are still hot). Older men like younger women, so why is this so absurd? It is easier for a younger Man to get an older women, for the same reason it's easy for a younger woman to get an older man. The young are beautiful, and hold all the sex appeal, so they get to pick from the older group, if they wish. This of course is only applicable (for the most part) to older folks that hang out in an environment that is geared primarily for young folks. When a young girl dates an older guy, it's often because she wants a mature rugged man, and not a boy, and the fact that girls are often attracted to older men, and the power they often have. When a young man dates an older woman, it's almost ALWAYS just to get easy sex.
I'm sure if any older women read this, they will not agree. But what they don't agree with is why the guys likes them, if they are honest with themselves. However, unfortunately, guys are not typically attracted to older women, in the age gap you mention. Of course, there may be some, but it is extremely rare.

Yes to both questions. A younger man is good for an older woman's ego. It makes her feel like she still has it and can compete with the women who are 12 to 15 years younger than she is. The woman is so elated at having the young guy she will probably be the one who initiates having a fling.

older women like younger guys sometimes mainly because guys seem to get older in spirit more than women in my opinion. a younger guy if you're a spontaneous kind of woman will go anywhere and do everything so... as far as for a fling. there should be no such thing as a "fling" nowadays when i was younger in the 70's we didnt have the spread of all these STD's and AIDS you guys are crazy to do all the wild stuff we did then, its just dangerous now...i'm sure you dont want to hear that but its true

35+ women already know what they want! and its probably sex..They want someone to make them feel young. So its easier for a younger man to get with an older woman.

Teenage ladies (this coming from a teenage woman) are arising or stepped forward youthful ladies persons. So, there bodies are greater ideal to the male eye. in spite of if my occasion may well be extraordinary yet, think of fruit clever, apples that are completely grown or probably under grown flavor maximum suitable, apples that are dying do no longer flavor good in any respect. yet there are greater to women persons then there seems it is what those 60 twelve months ol' forget approximately.

Heh, they call those women "cougars". And I can't say it's a bad thing either...as a general statement cougars have learned far more tricks in the bedroom, have gotten over youthful insecurities, and have a broad enough perspective on things to make no-strings sex a real possibility.
Just watch out for the crazy eye though. You'll know it when you see it--steer clear of those ones.
