Although you did not list your problems, you seem to konw what some of them are. It's okay to focus on them for a little bit, but now it's time to focus on the solutions. Stop thinking of them as problems, and look forward to the challenges - brainstorm small steps you can take to get to the final goal......

Dealing with problems in life. I would suggest doing what you like, and get counseling to work through your issues your having and if your diagnosed with depression then I suggest medicine

My advice would be to call your local MHMR and set up an appointment to be seen and treated. I, too, am stressed and depressed, with anxiety, and something called MDD. But they have programs and things you can go to. It really seems to be helping me. Try it before you hit rock bottom (like i did). Good luck.

Thinking about problems is a sure way to feel depressed.

I would argue that you don't have problems, but that you have opportunities in these circumstances.

As someone told me once, "If you can't change your situation, change your perception of it."

Do something you enjoy. Or get adrenalin pumping by running or playing DDR, or a sport. You'll feel better.
