It seems like over the last year or two, my legs (thighs especially) have lost their tone and I have icky cellulite on the front of them.

Is there anyway to reduce this? I'm very self conscious about it, I'm only 22 and rather small in size, so I feel like I shouldn't be having this problem. I've always had nice, muscular legs...but now I hate to even wear shorts in public. Any tricks on toning and making this less noticable?

you need to make some changes to your diet and get more high intensity exercise. reducing the body fat to below average levels is the single best way to reduce the effects of cellulite. training at a high level of intensity for 60-80 minutes has the greatest effect on increasing the resting metabolic rate.

Cellulite sucks. But you can help reduce the appearance of it by not spending a fortune of creams promising miracles. It's a combination of eating good clean food, protein, veges, fruit, not processed or fast food. Doing weight bearing exercise. Maybe some squats, done correctly with your knees not going over your toe base, holding 5 lb weights, pushing up through your heels and tryng to hold your head up straight. Walking lunges are great! The Firm video series is awesome!! Also some cardio, walking 30 minutes a day at least is good. Make sure to drink plenty of water and treat yourself with love! It'll get better in time. You can get really good advice from the Body for Life for Women website too! Or Prevention.com. Remember we are our own worse critic. I bet you're hot even when you think you're not!! Enjoy your youth!!

I am so busy with my 5 kids (all under 8 years old!) and I hate exercising and dieting, life's too short! So I thought the only option for getting rid of my ugly cellulite was to book in with a set of weekly medical roller treatments. Job done.

However, they cost me a monstrous $3000 and, you guessed it, did absolutely nothing. I couldn't believe it. It left me thoroughly depressed.

I saw this info on the web and I gave it a go, what did I have to lose now! And, my god this is genius. Quick and easy. I feel so wonderful in my new, smooth, renewed figure! I am a yummy mummy now!

Toxins which you eat etc, stay in your body and in your skin. You can release these with circulation. Buy yourself a soft natural bristled brush. Stroke your legs, thighs, and stomach area in round circular strokes beginning at your feet and work your way up. Do this every day for about 5 minutes. You should see some reduction in your cellulite. Try to drink a lot of water daily to help flush those toxins, and eat things which your body can use easily and get rid of quickly.

Check this link, it lists severity levels of cellulite. If you're in the simpler ones, I guess good diet and exercise can help. According to the article, for severe ones, you need cosmetic surgery.
