Any kind of pizza is healthy when eaten in moderation. It is best to lay off of the high fat meats such as sausage and pepperoni (unless it is turkey). Any Chinese stir fry (with minimal oil) is healthy, as is rice and chinese noodles.

Vegetable pizza is the best choice of the other kinds. When you order or make it at home, ask or put half the cheese, thin crust, and load up on veggies. Now its healthy only in moderation...not the whole thing..lol. When I eat at Pizza Hut I only eat 2 slices and I have a salad. But even salads you need to watch calories.

The veggie pizza will be better than regular but it also still has ALOT of grease in it, and thin crust is also better for you. As for the chinese food the veggies and white rice is good for you
