Oh gosh, that doesn't sound like a pleasant situation, im so sorry. You should check to see if there are any injuries on it, and if so wash them. However if it is dying, there's really not alot you can do at this point. To slow the proccess give it water with a small baby siringe, wrap it in blankets in case its cold. If it really is dying and his moans are breaking your heart, then the best you can do is wrap in blankets, and put him in a warm room, or next to a heater, and close the door, and wait to see what happens in the morning....im soo sorry you have to deal with this, i am definity not the expert on this type of thing,, but i saw you didn't have any answers yet, so i decided to give my best! Hope the pup gets better, and doesn't die.

As a last resort, call the police or sheriff's office and tell them about the situation. They will know if there is a humane society or emergency vet that could help.

If you know your vets name look it up in the phone book and call him/her. We do this all the time in our small community. You will usually get charged extra because of extra hrs from the vet. We have chickens that got sick with pnamonia and we had our vet see the chickens and they are all better now. Its really worth calling directly to the vet! Legally they have to come in and see the patient. (at least in our state)
Best of Luck!

I am so sorry that you don't have anything near.... I agree with the others since you will have to wait until the morning... Give him plenty of water -t hat is they key and wrap him put and hold him...
Maybe go online and try to find symptoms... here is a website I found: http://www.veterinarypartner.com/
I'll say a prayer for the pup!

First question your brother. Did he eat anything unusual? Was the puppy off the streets? Then take the dog outside, he may need to throw up. Unfortunately, there is not much you can do. Give the dog plenty of water. I'm not sure what kind of dog it is, or where you got it, so I can't help you too much. Just pet the dog and give him comfort, hopefully everything will be ok. Dogs are tough animals!

Take him to an emergency vet clinic. Look them up on the internet, don't let the puppy suffer.

Call your animal control officer (usually can be reached thru the police department in the after hours). Also, there are 24 hour emergency vets that can see the dog tonite.

There must be an emergency vet in your area. Where abouts do you live? Go onto www.yell.com (yellow pages) and look in your area for vets that are open 24 hours. Good luck, because I think in this situation it may be the only thing you can do

You do not have an emergency clinic nearby? They're open 24/7 for events like this.

You need to go on the internet and search up what is wrong with him and what to give him if you don't find any useful information then just like try taking him to the vet the next day if he survives! Yeah Chalice is right try visiting the website and find a location close to you! Call your brother's friend's parents and ask them what should you do.
~Hoped this helped!
