I was at a party with my three friends. ones a brunette. ones a blonde and ones auburn and im a redhead. We were sitting round a table. the blonde was with her boyfriend and they were lost in their own world. Me and the brunette were sitting chatting to these two guys. although the blonde only said about three words to the guys they all said afterwards that she was the one that they would most like to get with. I dont understand! Do boys only see whats on the surface. And before i get any harsh comments about what i look like and her being hotter: she is blonde blue eyed bony not attractively skinny tall not particularly pretty covered in make up not fashionable and really mean and annoying and unoriginal. im not gunna say im perfect but i thought i was a nicer person than her and im not uglly so i dont get it. is it all about the surface looks?! please tell me your opinion. dont be mean =-]]

I have been best friends with the blonde my whole life. i love her to bits but i know all her bad points as well as her good ones. it was just an example of how boys like blondes thats all. im not jealous

The boy probably liked her because she was the easiest to go the furthest with. I think redheads are stunning,and always catches a guy's eye. you are very lucky. your blonde friend may have the most fun now but when people mature she's going to be the one stuck in later life. <33

I heard that after childbirth womens hair gets slightly darker, so in evolutionary terms men associate blondes with a childless but fertile woman. There are elements that seem to just like them for trophy reasons like a status symbol.
But don't worry too much. I had exactly the same problem as you when I lived back in a really small town which wasn't the most open minded place concerning hanging round with blondes.
But when I moved to a multicultural city there was much more of a balance when going out about the attention I received.
And just look at women like Angelina Jolie or Catherine Zeta Jones, they are just as stunning as any blonde woman.
Just believe in yourself, be a good person and the right man will come to you.

Guys don't automatically perfer a blonde over a brunette. Many guys would like to be with a person with darker hair. I guess it is just a typical thing to day that they would but they dont really mean it. ...... To me blonde headed women all look the same and are boring looking.

I'll be in the minority, but i really don't prefer blonds.
I prefer to know someone before I would even consider "hooking up" with them. Or whatever else. Personality makes everything worthwhile. Doing something based on looks alone is absolutely pointless, and meaningless.
I couldn't stand anything meaningless.
That's just me though.

All men have different tastes! and in basic terms because blonde hair & eco-friendly eyes matches you, that mite no longer recommend it matches some different person! anybody is differnet, and has different tastes! as an celebration I actually have blonde hair, and brown eyes! my fella loves it, he thinks brown eyes are very seductive! yet different human beings received't like them!! He loves brown eyes/blonde haired celebs like Jennifer Ellison & Jessica Simpson (i supose my large boobs are also a sturdy element) LOL Dont attempt to electrify all and sundry via ways you gown or how your hair and makeup seems. be your self, thats a techniques sexier than tryin 2 be something your no longer! if its makeup information that you want, then form "makeup information for blonde hair" in google or "makeup information for eco-friendly/blue eyes" this may actually help plenty! sturdy success ?

Of course boys only see what is on the surface. Guys are shallow.
And blond es are more fun. You can do just about anything with a Blondie, and she will happily do it. Brunettes think too much and are not as much fun.

just so u know not all guys prefer blondes.maybe she was just the good looking one at the party in them guys eyes.but no,its not all about the surface.and believe me,some guys will fall for a girl for her good looks, but once they get to know the real her,they leave. what matters the most is what's inside or at least got to have both.

you seem almost too jealous of her to actually be a friend. and i like short girls with darker hair colors, highlights are ok if they don't look like just a bunch of stripes in her hair.
