1) Means that you are always doing the right thing, especially to impress the person who is telling you to do it. "My little sister is such a "goody two shoes."

2) Means to tell someone to be quiet because another has pointed out a fault or something foolish that the speaker has said or done. Ex: My husband tells me in a criticizing tone that I always leave the hall light on. I reply, "Yeah? Bite me!"

I don't know the origins of either of these, though.

2. originally it was a demeaning invitation involving the male genitals...nowadays it just means, get lost or we are not in agreement you silly fool.
