One problem is boredom. Exercising and eating "healthy" can be boring. Find ways to make it fun. Find someone who can do it with you.

Look at your reasons for wanting to change your weight. Is it too look good? Is it to be healthy? Is it to please someone?

Ultimately, it has to be because you want it, or it won't work.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

Put on a swimsuit or your undies and take a photo. Then lift weights-that burns calories 24/7. Eat cereals, soups, salads, fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts, 100% whole wheat bread, diet sodas, skim milk, give up fast food, limit meat intake. Wait a month and take another photo in same clothes. You also should notice a difference in the mirror. I lost 15 pounds doing the above and limiting caloric intake to 1200 to 1500 calories. And if one day, I pigged out and took in 2000, so be it. I lost my weight in a month.
