hey guys I'm trying to loose weight around my hips and thighs and in my butt. can anyone give me their best diet plan and excercises. i want to loose a lot before i go and get a swimsuit. it means so much to me!

Well, If you want to lose weight, it lose lose all around your body. So first off the best excersizes are Aerobics. Running, jogging, jumprope, walking are great!!! Also swimming is a good aerobic which can do you alot and very good if you have bad joints. It is a lower impact on the joints but just as great of a workout as running! Also you should try pilates ( which is basically just ab workouts and stretches), to tone your bod, and yoga is great for toning muscles and stretching out your body. Having a good diet is also very improtant. Lower your intake of junky food and replace it with yummy
fruits and veggies. For lunch you should try sushi. It is very healthy and is really good. make sure to include amino acids and protien (found in eggs, meat, nuts, etc.) to repair your muscles after a long run. Make sure to get enough vitamins and minerals (apples, oranges, grapes, mangoes, bananas, raisins, etc) and calcium (milk, cheese, frozen yogourt).
