I'd say the answer is no.
I think that the statement "there is no such thing as an atheist" stems from the inability of believers to accept that some people just don't believe in any god or gods, period.
Therefore, I do not think the same applies to believers of other faiths. It is much easier to understand (though perhaps not accept) that others believe in a different god than it is to understand that others believe in no god at all.
A Christian, for example, may think that a Muslim has got it all wrong, but at least they have faith in "something". An atheist is just a poor lost soul who has not seen the light yet, but they can't possibly be correct in their belief that there is no higher power. For the believer, this idea is as difficult to swallow as it is for the atheist to swallow that so many actually do think there is an invisible being that created and controls everything.

I think that what those Christians that say there are no atheist's
really mean is that there are times when even an atheist believes. Their is a saying "no atheists in foxholes" so those
Christians are saying that when the end of life comes very near that the atheist would change his mind.
I wonder what Madalyn Murray O' Hair was thinking just before her murder (along with her son and granddaughter)

Man created Gods because he did not want to die. There were many Gods for many reasons associated with man's survival. Man or any other animal is immortal only through their children and grandchildren.
Easter is named after Eastre, a pagan Saxon goddess!
Eastre (earlier, Eostre, derived from the Saxons' Germanic heritage) was the Anglo-Saxon name of a Teutonic goddess of dawn, spring and fertility. Our word, "east" is related to this deity's name. Her male consort was the Sun god, and the sun does rise, after all, at dawn and in the east. Rites of spring were celebrated in her honor at the vernal equinox (first day of spring). The first Sunday after the first full moon succeeding the vernal equinox was also sacred to her, and this pagan holiday was given her name -- Eastre. The full moon represented the "pregnant" phase of Eastre -- she was passing into the fertile season and giving birth to the Sun's offspring.

Who are the "There's no such thing" Christians?
If they are merely people who think that deep down, every one believes in God, then they would probably recognize most religions as one way to seek God, albeit with a possibly faulty religion.
And, there is no such thing as a Jedi, that's a plot device in Star Wars, lending heavily on Eastern Religions, especially Taoism.
And Wicca and Satanism are pretty flimsy as well. Both come from a modern attempt to identify oneself as different in a Judeo-Christian society.

Some Christians like to shout rude things if you make arguments they can't win.
Some Christians like to stick their fingers in their ears and say La la la la!
Some Christians believe they have a magical imaginary friend, too.
Some Christians don't like the inconvenient truth that they have to share and not everyone wants to be just like them.
Some Christians are like small children...

It is very convenient to a certain group of Christians to argue that black is white. I hate for them to be in Court for jumping a Red Light. Will they argue that it was really green its just the devil made it look red to the world.

No, they just can not comprehend the idea that someone could actually not believe in god - no matter how they perceive god. They think that Atheists are just somehow afraid to acknowledge god because then they would have to be accountable for their actions. The irony is priceless.

Some mathematicians still think a bee can't fly, but I don't waste my time trying to prove them wrong.
Recently after the human genome was cracked, 'junk dna' was found to have no link to anything else on earth. They now beleive it had to be either engineered or bread into us by something......
